"Made in Parris Island" is a photo essay documenting Marine recruits through the Crucible, their final test at boot camp, and their graduation. The Crucible is a 54-hour event that must be completed to earn the title of Marine. I was fortunate enough to be able to capture raw moments and talk to several recruits as well as a Drill Instructor.
